- Every Saturday at Canyon Sports Therapy
- 1 hour long sessions
- First session at 8:00 am, last session at 12:00 pm
- First class is Saturday, April 4th
- $30 for single session, $100 for monthly membership, $130 for 5 class package
- What to bring: water bottle, athletic shoes, comfortable gym-wear
- Who it’s for: Form Fit is designed for all levels

- 11:00 am to 12:00 pm

How it Works
- Open gym session where clients can choose on anything they want to work on
– Split into upper body, lower body, and core/neck
- Up to 6 clients in one session
- Form Fit Coaches are present to observe form and guide clients through their session
- Structure (Form Fit ABCs)
– Activate: Prep and activate the muscles you’ll use during your workout
– Build: Main strength training
– Conquer: Power, conditioning, athletic movement
– Mobility portion also included for active recovery and joint maintenance
- Exercises are available for clients to choose from
